6829 build 5 - Split payments with multiple fees now show within the banking.

Within a consultation, make a SP- split payment.

Once confirmed go to File / End of Day - Banking

The cash book screen will now show all payment methods made within the split payment, along with all fees associated.

Each payment and its fees are listed under ITEMS.
