6829 build 5 - New global option to allow a security level for ticket reversals.

Initially this could only be changed in SYSP0S.ADT within the TrSecLevel field, and could only be actioned by Support.

There is now a new global option, allowing each individual site to set up access to the 'Ticket Screen' through the security levels.

This is automatically defaulted to Consultant Level, so you will need to amend accordingly once an upgrade has occurred using version 216exe and onwards.

Any clerks who are set to a lower level, will then see the following changes when entering a ticket within a client consultation.
