Web Traveller Help Page
Web Traveller uses Remote Desktop Connection. You must have a Professional or Business Edition Operating system to connect to it.
You must also install a small print client in order for your printers to work with our system, full instructions and download can be found here. If you find that some or all of your printers are not working with this full client, then try the Printer Fix, and select 'run' to import the information into your registry.
If you are running Windows 2000 Professional, click the WebTraveller Full Client Install below to download and install the full client software.Then, download the WebTraveller Full Client RDP Shortcut to your desktop.
If you are running Windows XP Professional, then it's likely that you already have the client installed, so simply download the WebTraveller Full Client RDP Shortcut to your desktop.
Windows Vista Business and Windows 7 Business users can also download the RDP shortcut to their desktops to connect.
If you find that some or all of your printers are not redirected with this full client, then click the Printer Fix link below, and select 'run' to import the information into your registry.
