Exchange Tickets
Great news for anyone manually processing Exchange tickets in Traveller - There is a new process to do this which does not cause the same shortcomings as the download process. Full details on how to do this are on this helpsite - You will also need to be on at least Traveller version 432-490 to enable this in your system. To enable this, orfor information on updating, please contact Support.

Windows 7 News
Windows 64-Bit operating systems are currently not yet supported by Traveller. Windows 7 32-Bit is currently the highest operating system that Traveller will work on. Be aware that Microsoft changed its MAPI version from Windows XP to Windows 7 so MAPI emailing in Windows 7 Traveller will not work.

Back in November 2010, ABTA announced some changes to the ATOL protection statement. See our ATOL Text Maintenance page for details on how you can do this yourself.

24.05.11 - Ashcloud part II
Volcanic Ash from Iceland is already starting to cause travel chaos across country with many airlines rescheduling or cancelling flights. If you have any questions about which reports are best to use in your Traveller system then please get in touch with us. Also see out Mailshot guide as this may help you contact your clients quickly.

BA & Finnair Carrier Charges
BA and FinnAir are now charging £4.50 credit card charge for international tickets sold in the UK. Finnair will start from 1st June and BA's charges are already in action. If you use Passport CRS download then you will need an update for this, and also a Traveller update to the latest version.
Please contact Support for more information.
